Team Lead - Implementation

·         Configure and implement the
product in line with client requirements, while planning and managing project
timelines and deliverables. 

·     Create
and maintain key documentation including design specs, unit test
cases, KYC documents, and ensure proper source control usage across all
projects. 

·        Lead and manage a team of
developers by providing technical guidance, internal platform
training, and continuous skill development. 

·       Conduct quality reviews of team
deliverables, enforce coding best practices, and ensure thorough impact
analysis before implementing changes in production systems. 

·        Engage with customers through
regular status updates and follow -ups to ensure project progress and alignment. 

·      Drive continuous improvement
by identifying enhancement opportunities, resolving defects, and
ensuring progress towards zero QA shipment issues. 

Requirements

·         Strong
communication skills in English with the ability to articulate ideas
clearly in both written and verbal formats 

·         Excellent analytical and
problem -solving abilities with a structured approach to decision -making 

·         Proficient in Microsoft
technologies including ASP.NET and Visual Studio for application
development 

·         Solid scripting and frontend
skills using JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX 

·         Hands -on experience in database
management using SQL Server, including query optimization and data
handling 

·         Ability to quickly
learn new technologies and apply them effectively in project
environments
