Team Lead - Medical Billing - IJP

Eligibility Criteria

• Should be currently on SME role for 6+ months & Senior Associate with 2+years of experience in current role.
• Completed 1 year with nimble International
• Over all 5 + Years of Experience in RCM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach team members, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals. 
• Assign work, manage workflow, and ensure timely billing of claims and worked rejections and maintain TAT.
• Manage onshore communications, resolve billing discrepancies and report out daily, weekly and monthly.
• Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and prepare regular reports. 
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
