Team Lead - Operations

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support day-to-day operations of the team to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor SLAs, allocate daily tasks, track team productivity, and maintain operational TATs.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables with high accuracy and quality.
• Facilitate effective communication between onsite and offshore teams.
• Support customer queries and help resolve operational issues efficiently
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and help implement best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to operational protocols.
• Demonstrate accountability and ownership.
• Conduct regular team meetings, address concerns, and support team performance initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in home health operations or similar environment, preferably leading a small to mid-sized team.
• Good English communication skills.
• Candidates located in or near Trivandrum preferred.
• Willingness to work night shifts (9:30 PM – 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.
