Key
Responsibilities:

•     Team
Management: Lead and mentor a team of BGV
executives to ensure productivity and quality standards.

•     Process
Management: Oversee end-to-end background
verification operations, including data collection, validation, and reporting.

•     Client
Coordination: Collaborate with clients to
understand requirements, provide timely updates, and resolve escalations.

•     Quality
& Compliance: Ensure adherence to company
policies, SLAs, and compliance regulations.

•     Performance
Monitoring: Track team performance, prepare
daily/weekly reports, and drive process improvements.

•     Training
& Development: Conduct training sessions to
enhance team skills and knowledge.

•     Cross-functional
Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, customer
success, and technology teams for seamless operations.

Requirements

Skills
& Qualifications:

•     Minimum 5+ years of experience in BGV Services or HR
Operations with at least 2+ years in a team
lead role.

•     Strong leadership, people
management, and problem-solving skills.

•     Excellent communication and
client relationship management abilities.

•     Proficiency in MS Office and
familiarity with BGV tools/software preferred.

•     Ability to handle tight
deadlines and deliver consistent results.
