Job Title: Team Lead – Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  

• Own product integrity, manage technical debt, and drive on-time delivery.
  

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade applications.
  

• Collaborate in system design, architecture, testing, deployment, and CI/CD implementation.
  

• Coach junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  

• Actively contribute to agile ceremonies and recruitment processes.
  

Critical Skill Set:

• Languages & Frameworks: Java, Golang, ReactJS, Angular, NextJS, Spring Boot.
  

• Backend Expertise: Microservices, REST APIs, Pub/Sub (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
  

• Frontend Expertise: ReactJS, Angular, TypeScript, Redux, Micro-frontend architecture.
  

• Databases & Cloud: PostgreSQL, Redis, Snowflake, AWS (hands-on).
  

• DevOps & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing (TDD/BDD).
  

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  

• 7+ years in software engineering (B2B SaaS, enterprise-grade applications).
  

• Proven line management and team leadership experience.
  

• AWS certification is a plus.
