Job Description - Team Lead - Tele Calling Telugu (AP)

Responsibilities:

Drive achievement of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly qualified lead and sales order targets by improving lead-to-order conversion rates.

Manage day-to-day operations of a team of Tele Calling Executives, including attendance tracking, lead allocation, and performance monitoring.

Conduct regular call audits, live monitoring, coaching sessions, and training programs to enhance call quality, sales techniques, and team productivity.

Ensure accurate and timely CRM data entry, validate team-reported information, and generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.

Monitor lead prioritization, minimize lead ageing, and enforce timely follow-ups to maximize conversion potential.

Enforce compliance with approved call scripts, campaign guidelines, pricing updates, escalation protocols, and customer communication standards.

Partner with Marketing, Quality Control, Sales Operations, and other cross-functional teams to improve lead quality, customer experience, and overall sales process efficiency.

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline required; PG in Sales or Marketing preferred

3â5 years of experience in tele calling/inside sales with a proven track record as a top-performing individual contributor.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems, dialer platforms, and Excel-based reporting and analysis

Prior experience in Solar, BFSI, Insurance, EdTech, or other high-ticket telesales environments.

Strong communication skills; working knowledge of regional languages relevant to the assigned states is an advantage

Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, trend analysis) and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
