Role Overview
We are looking for a Team Leader to manage and drive VAS sales (Retail Finance, RC
Transfer, and other services) by leading a team of tele calling executives and
maximizing revenue
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and drive performance of C2C operations with VAS through tele calling
team
• Ensure daily and monthly achievement of Retail, and VAS revenue targets
(Finance, RC Transfer, other services)
• Drive higher attachment rate of VAS on Retail closures
• Coach team on VAS pitching, objection handling, and conversion
techniques
• Monitor daily performance and improve conversion from Retail to VAS
• Collaborate with Retail team to ensure seamless handover for VAS pitching
• Track and improve team productivity (calls, talk time, conversions)
• Maintain discipline on CRM updates and process adherence
• Handle escalations and support team in closing high -value opportunities
• Work on document collection to ensure smooth end to end process for VAS
Required Skills
• Strong sales and upselling skills
• Experience in team handling and coaching
• Good understanding of finance / RC transfer products (preferred)
• Strong objection -handling and negotiation ability
• Target -driven mindset with focus on revenue
Eligibility
• Graduate with 3–7 years of experience
• Experience in telecalling / inside sales / VAS / financial products preferred
• Prior team handling experience is a plus
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada or Tamil. Need at least one between Tamil or
Kannada language.How performance will be measured
• VAS revenue achieved
• Attachment rate on Retail
• Conversion rate (Retail to VAS)
• Team productivity and target achievement
