Key Responsibilities

People Leadership

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 15–20 associates.
• Conduct regular team huddles, one-on-one discussions, and performance reviews.
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development initiatives.
• Manage attendance, adherence, leave planning, and workforce utilization.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure daily operational targets and service levels are consistently achieved.
• Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, and customer experience metrics.
• Identify process gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Manage workload distribution and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Performance Management

• Analyze team performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Conduct coaching sessions and performance improvement plans when required.
• Drive accountability for individual and team performance metrics.
• Recognize and reward high-performing employees.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
• Escalate business risks and process issues proactively.
• Communicate business updates, process changes, and organizational initiatives effectively.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Drive Lean and process improvement initiatives.
• Utilize data and root-cause analysis to improve efficiency and quality.
• Participate in automation and transformation projects.
• Foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in Business Operations, BPO, Shared Services, or Operations Management.
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Experience managing international operations.
• Exposure to process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Strong data interpretation and dashboard management skills.
