Description

Lead and motivate a high-performing outbound sales team.

Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching.

Ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Collaborate with QA, Training, and Operations teams to maximize team productivity.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience as a Team Leader in an International BPO

Experience in US Outbound Sales

B2C sales experience preferred

Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills

Excellent communication and target-driven approach
