Team Leader - Bajaj NCMC Metro Card Sales

Requirements

Required Skills :

• 2–3 years of experience in team handling and sales, preferably in credit cards, BFSI, fintech, or banking.
  
• Strong experience in credit card sales and customer acquisition.
  
• Good knowledge of channel sales and partner/channel network management.
  
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
  
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a field sales team effectively.
  
• Good understanding of market development, lead generation, and competitor activities.
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly Sales targets.
  
• Drive metro card sales through direct, field, and channel-based acquisition.
  
• Develop and manage channel networks to generate consistent business and expand market reach.
  
• Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
  
• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve productivity and sales performance.
  
• Manage customer/partner relationships and ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end sales process.
  

• Qualification - Any Graduate/Diploma
  
  
• Experience - 2 to 3 Years
