Team Leader - BMS Software Developer

Role: Team Leader (Individual Contributor to begin with) – BMS Software Developer

Experience & CTC: 4 to 6-year experience. CTC 6 to 8 Lakh PA

Reporting to: Fixed-line to R&D Head and on a dotted line to the CEO

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing clean, efficient code based on specifications
• Testing and deploying programs and systems for BMS
• Fixing and improving existing software
• Verify and deploy programs and systems
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Create technical documentation for reference and reporting

Functional Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Software Developer,  Software Engineer or similar role
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with software design and development in a test-driven environment
• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C++, Java, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems
• Experience with databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks
• Ability to learn new languages and technologies
• Excellent communication skills
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude

Preferred Traits:

• Excited to be a part of the dynamic startup / green field project and contribute effectively
• Work under minimum supervision

Educational Qualifications: BE/B.Tech / ME/MTech/MS
