Job Location - Webel More Crossing (Kolkata Sec V)
Shift Timings - 9 PM to 6 AM (Self transport, no pick and drop)
Designation - Team Leader
Experience - 3+ years in Outbound International Sales Process
Qualification - Graduation (Preferred) / Best fit candidates who are not graduate can also apply
Roles and Responsibilities :
Train his team of 5-6 officers in opening calls.
Able to convert transfers sent from his team.
Plan team exercises and events to keep the team morale high.
Meet the weekly and monthly team targets by driving productivity.
Requirements
The candidate should have
More than 3 year of experience in outbound Sales or Lead gen processes.
At least 6 months experience in closing calls transferred by junior officers.
Excellent communication skills
Strong grasp of MS EXCEL and other Microsoft tools
Have strong working knowledge of dialer software
Willingness to work in night shifts.
