We are hiring an experienced Team Leader for a high -performance, scalable microservices -based telecom project.

Experience: 7–10 Years
Location: M G Road, Bangalore
Salary: 20 LPA

Key Technical Skills:

â Java (Strong Core + Best Practices)

â Spring Boot (MVC, Data, Cloud)

â Microservices Architecture Design

â Kafka (Event Streaming / Real -time pipelines)

â Redis (Caching & Data Store)

â MySQL / PostgreSQL

â API Design & System Integration

Telecom Domain (Preferred/Required):

â 3G / 4G / 5G Network Understanding

â 3GPP Standards (Policy & Charging Systems)

Leadership Responsibilities:

â Lead & mentor development teams

â Sprint planning, stand -ups & Agile delivery

â Task allocation & delivery ownership

â Code reviews & technical governance

â Drive scalable & high -performance architecture

â Troubleshooting & performance optimization

Soft Skills:

â Strong problem -solving ability

â Excellent communication skills

â Team collaboration & stakeholder management

Education:

BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech / MCA / MSc (CS/IT preferred)

Note:

• Candidate should have hands -on architecture & microservices experience

• Must be capable of handling critical telecom -grade applications
