Job Description - Team Leader (Sales) - Surat

Title: Team Leader

Location:Surat

Job Type: Full -Time

Industry:Construction chemicals/tiles adhesives/waterproofing/flooring/sanitary hardware /plywood/lamination/doors /glass/ Building materials(Not cement)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle channel sales and project sales in the assigned territory

• Manage dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders

• Develop and strengthen the dealer & distribution network

• Generate business from projects, contractors, and retail channels

• Maintain strong relationships with key influencers in the territory

• Achieve assigned sales targets and improve market penetration

• Ensure proper brand visibility and product promotion

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in channel sales and project sales
In -depth knowledge of the local market with an established professional network
Prior experience in one or more of the following industries is highly preferred:
- Construction chemicals
- Tile adhesives / grouts / waterproofing
- Flooring solutions
- Sanitaryware & hardware
- Plywood, lamination, doors
- Glass or allied building material industries
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self -motivated, proactive, and driven by targets and results
