Team Leader/Service Specialist

Your role

To provide strategic and implementable solutions to our customers as they seek to improve their productivity, quality and uptime. You will achieve this by combination of understanding of customer needs and extensive utilization of your specialized knowledge along with optimizing the available resources.

This position reports to Regional Aftermarket Manager- AIS (Industrial Technique Service)

As the Service Specialist, responsibilities will broadly include,

• Responsible for providing or coordinating onsite support for tightening products and software solutions

• Work hand in hand with regional service team, divisional service support team and be the customer interphase

• Responsible for all aspects of customer training

• Define and decipher real customer issues, coordinate the resolution using available resources

• Travel on short notice to customer site to meet the requirements

• Inspire, train and motivate the team members in order to ensure high performance

Technical knowledge related to tightening solutions, software products and optimization solutions At least 4 years’ experience in service function Ability to work a flexible schedule that may vary depending on workload and travel plans Strong understanding of electronic, pneumatic and mechanical test equipment

Engineering in a technical field preferably with electro-mechanical and / or software background or equivalent work experience as noted above
