Agent Recruitment: 

• Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
  


• Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring.
  

• Ensure product knowledge by ways of training, giving proper Field demonstration (FODs).
  


• Planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
  


• Meet Business targets Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
  Improve agent productivity

Customer Centricity:

•  Follow companies sales practice to develop customer loyalty
  


•  Ensure customer queries are responded on-time and satisfactorily as per company standard.

Criteria

ADM/AADM- 

·         Must be graduate & above (12^th plus 3 year valid diploma is also acceptable).

·         For AADM atleast 1+ yrs. of field sales experience. Industries can be tapped( Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate)

·         For ADM/Sr.ADM candidates must have Life Insurance /BFSI experience.

·         Must be localite

·         Preferably Married

·         Age between 25 years to 40  years

·         Must have two wheeler

·         Chennai Compensation 

·         For ADM -4.5 L avg to 4.8Lmax

·         For AADM 3.2L avg to 3.5L max

·         For Sr.ADM 5L avg to 6L max
