Reporting To: Lead – HR Operations (Me @ PI)  


Position Purpose

The role incumbent will be supporting Lead – HR Systems & HR Operations (Me @ PI) with special focus on the aspects of HR systems at PIIL e.g. employee data governance (job/organization information and selective aspects of personal information completeness), organization management (OM), testing and validation for system enhancements initiated in HR systems and also assist business HRs with insights on pending approvals, employee data etc.

Strategic Responsibilities


  • User acceptance testing and generating insights on SAP SuccessFactors HRMS features and controls enhancement initiatives

  • Support in new HR projects undertaken

  • Testing and documentation of new features being implemented in MyPi intranet platform or integrated systems

Operational Responsibilities


  • Render support in organization/position management in SF and ensure adherence to approved structures as per DoA protocols

  • Extract various employee data reports for review and share insights to Business HR for data correctness/completeness

  • Work closely with BHRs across sites to ensure critical employee file elements are recorded upto mandatory requisites

  • Manage the SuccessFactors position org chart for position creation, position edits, org restructurings within proper established controls

  • Generate and tabulate SuccessFactors employee data reports and work closely with Lead – HR Systems & HR Operations (Me @ PI) and Head HR Operations for audit requirements

  • Ensure audit observations are communicated with Business HRs and followed up for closure

  • Collaborate with BHRs for various site specific audit data requirements

  • Prepare change log reports for review of controls in various employee activities

  • Implement bulk changes in SF through meta data framework upload in SuccessFactors against approved data sets received

  • Monitor Human resource services management (HRSM) SLA performance and prepare/share reports for the same

  • Create and followup for closure of incidents observed in HR systems by thorough testing and validation of the resolution

  • Effectively liaison with BHRs/Site HRs ensuring efficient service delivery

  • Focus on self development and keeping self updated of SAP SuccessFactors HRSM Suite through regular search and self read of SAP Knowledgebase Articles (KBAs).

  • Attend assigned developmental e-learning programs

Education Qualification

Graduation with an MBA in HR

Work Experience

2-7 years of experience with exposure into any HRSM Suite alongside hands-on experience into employee data and related analysis

Functional Competencies

  • Exposure of working with modern HRIS platforms (HRMS Suite/Integrated HR systems)
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Good knowledge of employee data points and logical data correlation
  • Data interpretation & analysis capabilities
  • Knowledge of MS Office Applications, specially MS Excel
  • Awareness and implementation experience of best practices in HR
