Team Member - Regional HR

Business Partnering

• Partner with the business to understand business priorities and translate them into people plans. Drive alignment between business goals and HR initiatives.

• Provide HR advisory and support on workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on people-related matters and business challenges.

Talent Management

•Support talent review, identify high-potential employees and facilitate development interventions.

•Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and performance improvement initiatives.

Employee Engagement & Culture

•Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning based on feedback.

•Drive culture-building initiatives that reinforce organizational values and desired behaviours.

•Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address employee concerns.

Workforce Planning & Analytics

• Support manpower planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

• Analyse workforce trends including attrition, productivity, and talent metrics.

• Provide actionable insights to business leaders for informed decision-making.

Employee Relations

• Address employee concerns and ensure timely resolution of grievances.

• Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions where required.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.

HR Projects 

•Support the implementation of HR programs and transformation initiatives.

• Drive change management efforts associated with organizational and business changes.

•Collaborate with COEs (TA, L&D, Rewards, and HRSS) for seamless execution of HR initiatives.
