JD For Linux:

• Installation of most common Linux flavors i.e. RHEL, Ubuntu


• Implementing security measures and patching for OS.


• Ability to configure and manage SAN boot disk as well as physical servers.


• Ability to mitigate active system problems by understanding their nature and implementing resolution steps.


• Understanding of OS, Kernel, network and disk performance is must.


• Expertise in logical volume manager and filesystem management. 


• Install, Configure, Upgrade Enterprise Automations Client Software and support Level 4 Enterprise Automation Client Software


• Install, Configure, Upgrade Hardware Monitoring Client Software and support Level 4 Hardware monitoring Client Software


• Expert in Clustering activities like Redhat, Veritas Cluster


• Implement security patches - Automated implementation and manual implementation


• Back out security patches Bundle and perform Level 4 Support Unix Operating system


• Modify Platform automation and support Script


• Develop and modify application Failover Scripts
