Team Member-IT Vendor Management-SUPPORT SERVICES-CTO - Support services

Key Responsibilities

• Drive risk-based onboarding of vendors, ensuring completion of due diligence, risk scorecards, and mandatory approvals


• Evaluate materiality & criticality of vendors and align approvals as per risk classification 


• Ensure no vendor engagement without ORM/IRM approval and compliance to outsourcing framework


• Monitor ongoing vendor risk through periodic/annual due diligence and performance reviews


• Oversee contract & SLA governance to mitigate operational and compliance risks


• Manage change requests, renewals, and scope changes with updated risk assessments


• Govern vendor offboarding, including risk containment (access revocation, data security, etc.)


• Support audit, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews

Eligibility

• 5–10 years of experience in Operational Risk / Vendor Risk / Compliance / Vendor Management


• Strong understanding of outsourcing risk, regulatory frameworks, and third-party risk management


• Prior exposure to BFSI environment preferred
