As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading innovative approaches within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and elevate client engagements. This role requires actively shaping strategic directions for both the organization and clients by integrating emerging concepts into practical solutions. The position entails maintaining trusted advisor relationships with clients, facilitating clear communication, and collaborating closely to understand and address complex business needs. The role is dynamic, involving continuous interaction with various stakeholders to ensure that technology-driven business transformations are effectively realized and aligned with strategic goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance delivery quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable learning solutions tailored to diverse organizational needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technology strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in fast-paced settings.
