Summary:
As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert, a typical day involves leading the integration of innovative practices within delivery projects, leveraging extensive expertise to influence and enhance client engagements. This role requires actively collaborating with clients and internal teams to shape strategic initiatives, translating emerging ideas into practical solutions. The professional acts as a trusted advisor, engaging in meaningful discussions to understand client needs and drive impactful technology and business transformations. The position demands a dynamic approach to problem-solving and continuous contribution to the advancement of both organizational and client objectives through thought leadership and strategic guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align technology delivery with business goals and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and their application in business contexts.
- Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven solutions that address complex business challenges.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and integrating them into existing delivery frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Generative AI.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
