Role Summary

Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and AI -driven platforms. Focus on architecture, mentorship, and best practices rather than day -to -day coding.

• Define system architecture; drive microservices and cloud -native adoption
  
• Champion AI -led development and automation in SDLC
  
• Mentor teams; review code and designs for scalability, security, and performance
  
• Guide cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes practices
  
• Ensure security, compliance, monitoring, and observability
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions
  

• Experience leading full -stack teams
  
• Backend: Java/Spring Boot, Python, Node.js (APIs, microservices)
  
• Frontend: React/Angular/TypeScript, Flutter/React Native
  
• Strong in system design, distributed systems, and design patterns
  
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
  
• Exposure to AI/ML and AI -driven engineering practices
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
