Business: Central Function – Data Science Team.

Title: Technical Lead 

Required Educational Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/MCA Experience: 5-7 Years 

Work Location: Noida (Sector 132)

Job Objective: Technical Lead will bring technical thought leadership resolving complex problems, while working in collaboration with Product and Technology leaders, to create and implement the product vision.

As Technical Lead, you will: 

• Be responsible for design and own the end-to-end model deployment pipeline — from model artifact to live production endpoint. 


• Build and manage multi-model serving infrastructure using tools like Triton Inference Server, TorchServe, Ray Serve, or BentoML. 


• Design and maintain scalable training pipelines using Kubeflow Pipelines, Apache Airflow, or Prefect. Implement reusable pipeline components for data validation, feature computation, model training, evaluation, and promotion. 


• Implement comprehensive ML observability: data drift detection (Evidently AI, WhyLogs), model performance tracking, and prediction logging. 


• Build internal ML platform tooling to abstract infrastructure complexity for ML engineers and data scientists. 


• Mentor people on work, functionally review the code & design and analyze technical training needs.


• Contribute to Tech blogs and white papers within work area; participate in events as speaker and drive innovation agenda. 


• Participate in system coding including formal code review and provide feedback on structure, maintainability and quality of code. 


• Enforce best practices in area of security, performance and load, scalability, usability, and support of system.

Required Skills: 

• 5+ years of Experience on Python with Flask/Fast API for building scalable REST APIs. 


• Demonstrated experience deploying ML models to production and operating them reliably at scale.


•  Proven track record designing and building distributed ML training and serving systems.


• Hands-on experience with vector databases like Milvus, Pinecone, ElasticSearch.


• Practical experience working with caching systems like Redis, Aerospike, Memcache or similar technologies. 


• Good Understanding of model optimization techniques: quantization, pruning, knowledge distillation, and batching strategies.


• Experience in Integration of LLMs and Agentic AI solutions using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph.

Desired Skills: 

• Knowledge of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling, and data preprocessing.  


• Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, and Plotly. 


• Good knowledge of DevOps tooling like docker, kubernetes, ansible/chef, AWS. 


• Understanding of distributed systems concepts: CAP theorem, eventual consistency, service meshes, and load balancing .


• Proficiency with cloud ML platform: AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML.
