Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise across backend, frontend and modern cloud-native technologies. The role will focus on technical guidance, architecture, design, code reviews, mentoring and adoption of best practices.

Key Skills:

• Backend: Python / Node.js / Java

• Frontend: Angular / React / Flutter / React Native or similar

• Microservices & cloud-native architectures

• CI/CD and engineering best practices

• AI-led development practices

• Strong architecture, design & code review experience

• Team leadership, mentoring & stakeholder management
