Tech Lead (AI) - Engineering

• Define and own the AI solution architecture for complex projects, ensuring
  scalability, security, and performance.
  
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to integrate AI models into existing
  systems and workflows.
  
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI frameworks, tools, and technologies for
  enterprise -grade deployments.
  
• Establish best practices for model lifecycle management, including training,
  deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
  
• Drive technical reviews, proof -of -concepts, and architecture validation for AI
  initiatives.
  
• Mentor engineering teams on AI architecture principles and emerging
  technologies
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI/ML architecture and system design for large -scale
  applications.
  
• Relevant minimum work experience of five years.
  
• Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud platforms
  (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  
• Knowledge of AzureOpenAI and Microsoft Foundry is preferred.
  
• Expertise in data engineering, distributed systems, and API integration.
  
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence technical decisions
