This role focuses on building automation, performance optimization, and integration solutions using scripting and configuration management tools. The ideal candidate will bridge development and infrastructure knowledge to deliver robust infra as code, solutions.\n\nRoles and Responsibility\n\n * Design and develop automation scripts to config and deploy Linux platforms, storage, network, FW, Hypervisor and virtualization, containers and K8s platforms.\n * Performance optimization for compute workloads.\n * Design and develop automation scripts and tools using Ansible, python, Bash.\n\n\n\nMandatory skills \u0026 knowledge:\n\n * Linux: Package management, Systemd services, User/permission management, NFS shares Management\n * Hypervisor: Configuring VM Networks, Configuring Resource Provisioning,\n * Storage: SAN/NAS (iSCSI, NFS), Distributed Storage, Configuring RAID or Similar.\n * Network: VLANs, Trunking, or link aggregation, Wireshark troubleshot.\n * FW: Configured rules, Worked with appliance-based.\n * Containers: Docker/Podman, Deployed containerized applications in production\n * Kubernetes: Self-managed or managed, Written and applied Kubernetes manifests, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps\n\n\n\nGood to have Skills:\n\n * Ansible, Bash or Python scripting.\n * Exposure to CI/CD concepts (awareness only).\n\n\n\nQualifications \u0026 Years of Work Experience -\n\n * BE/B Tech/M Tech or relevant qualifications\n * Total 6-12 years of relevant work experience\n\n\n\nWork Location : IPTL, Whitefield (5 days / Onsite)\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\nDay (India)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Enhanced)\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
