Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions;
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope;
• Perform configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow platform components;
• Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in ServiceNow development;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the ServiceNow platform;
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and training for end users and support teams;
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases, features, and industry trends.
