Tech Lead Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand project requirements.

· Architect, develop, and maintain Drupal-based websites and web applications.

· Customize and extend Drupal core functionality and contributed modules as per project requirements.

· Develop custom Drupal themes from scratch or modify existing themes to achieve desired design and functionality.

· Implement responsive web designs and ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.

· Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.

· Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

· Troubleshoot and debug issues in Drupal applications, ensuring timely resolution.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Drupal and PHP development.

· Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend functionalities with frontend designs seamlessly.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in Drupal and PHP development.

· Strong proficiency in Drupal 8/9, including custom module development, theming, and configuration management.

· Experience with PHP frameworks such as Symfony or Laravel is a plus.

· Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

· Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Vue.js, or AngularJS is preferred.

· Solid understanding of web development best practices, responsive design principles, and performance optimization techniques.

· Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
