Tech Lead - Java

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain enterprise-level backend applications using Core Java and Spring Boot.
  

• Develop and manage Microservices-based applications and RESTful APIs.
  

• Work with AWS cloud services for application deployment, integration and management.
  

• Implement data persistence and ORM solutions using Hibernate and JPA.
  

• Apply strong OOPs concepts, design patterns and coding best practices.
  

• Participate in system design, software architecture, HLD and LLD activities.
  

• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues and optimise application performance.
  

• Lead and mentor developers, provide technical guidance and support development activities.
  

• Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  

Mandatory Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java and OOPs.
  

• Excellent knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
  

• Practical experience with AWS cloud services.
  

• Strong experience with Hibernate and JPA.
  

• Good understanding of REST APIs, system design and software architecture.
  

• Experience in technical leadership, code reviews and team mentoring.
