Tech Lead MERN Full Stack Developer (Backend Focus)

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable backend services using Node.js.
  
• Lead the architecture and development of our MERN -based SaaS platform.
  
• Develop secure REST APIs and backend services powering AI -driven workflows.
  
• Design scalable database schemas using MongoDB.
  
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  
• Collaborate closely with Product, AI, and Design teams.
  
• Review code, mentor junior engineers, and establish engineering best practices.
  
• Own deployments, debugging, monitoring, and production stability.
  
• Participate in technical planning and product roadmap discussions.
