Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role
• Strong proficiency in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Experience in designing and developing scalable web applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• MERN Stack: 7 years (Required)
• JavaScript: 7 years (Required)
