Product Manager (Data / AI / Platform/Apps)

About the Role

We are building next-generation digital products and intelligent platforms that power data-driven decision-making and AI-enabled experiences at scale.

As a Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-impact products—from defining vision and strategy to delivering measurable business outcomes. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, shaping solutions that are scalable, intuitive, and impactful.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings strong product thinking, and is passionate about solving complex problems using data and technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and drive the product roadmap aligned to business goals and customer needs
  
  
  • Translate strategy into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs
  
  
  • Identify opportunities for data, AI, and platform-driven innovation
  
  
  
  

• Deliver Customer-Centric Products
  
  
  
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand user needs and pain points
  
  
  • Build solutions that deliver meaningful user value and measurable impact
  
  
  • Define and track KPIs, success metrics, and product adoption

  • Partner with engineering, data, design, and business teams
  
  
  • Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders
  
  
  • Drive alignment, clarity, and execution across teams
  
  
  
  

• Drive Data & AI-Driven Decision Making
  
  
  
  • Leverage data insights, analytics, and experimentation to inform decisions
  
  
  • Define requirements for data products, analytics platforms, or AI features
  
  
  • Enable self-service data access and insights for business users
  
  
  
  

• Execute with Excellence
  
  
  
  • Lead agile delivery: sprint planning, backlog grooming, prioritization
  
  
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of product features
  
  
  • Continuously improve based on user feedback and performance metrics
  
  
  
  

What You Bring

Core Skills

• Strong product management experience with end-to-end ownership


• Ability to define clear product vision, roadmap, and execution plans


• Experience working with engineering teams in agile environments


• Strong analytical thinking with data-driven decision-making


• Experience in data platforms, analytics, or AI-driven products (preferred)

Technical Understanding

• Good understanding of data engineering, APIs, and system design concepts


• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP)


• Exposure to AI/ML or GenAI use cases is a strong plus

Business & Stakeholder Skills

• Ability to translate business problems → scalable product solutions


• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders


• Experience influencing decisions without direct authority

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business, or related field


• 4+ years of experience in product management or related roles

Additional

• Experience in data product management / AI product management


• Exposure to enterprise platforms or large-scale systems


• Certifications in Product Management or Agile frameworks
