Job Description - Technical Analyst - IT Helpdesk


Location: IN - Noida | Job-ID: 218040 | Contract type: Standard | Business Unit: Service Desk


 


Life on the Team


We are seeking a seasoned Technical Service Desk Engineer to provide L1 support to US customer via phone calls, email and ticketing system into 24*7 support environments.


What You Will Do



  • Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

  • Assist users with password resets, account access, and basic configuration support.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or appropriate technical teams.

  • Log and track support requests using the IT ticketing system.

  • Follow documented procedures and contribute to internal knowledge base articles.

  • Maintain professionalism and clear communication with end-users.


What You Will Need



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3-6 years of experience proving L1 support to US customers as service desk agent.

  • Respond to incoming support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral issues.

  • Assist users with password resets, account access, and basic configuration support.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 or appropriate technical teams.

  • Log and track support requests using the IT ticketing system

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communications
