In one sentence

Serve as first point of contact for incidents and service requests from end-users

What will your job look like?

Handle inbound/outbound voice calls professionally and efficiently.
Address customer queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and clarity.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow communication scripts and guidelines as provided.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product/service knowledge and process changes.
Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and data privacy norms.


All you need is...

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
    • 1–3 years of experience in a voice process (BPO/KPO/Customer Service preferred).
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and regional languages if applicable).
    • Strong listening skills and ability to handle pressure.
    • Basic computer proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office).
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends if required.
    • Shift Timings -5pm to 2am,    8pm to 5am,    1:30am to 10:30am.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Prior experience in international/domestic voice processes.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
