Technical Architect

We are looking to hire a Technical Architect right now. You will be responsible for :

•  Helping decide the overall architecture of the product. We run a complex multi-tenant microservice architecture. Right from choosing the communication layer between these services to choosing the frameworks to incorporate in the existing stack, you will impact critical decisions

• Logistics is a complicated ecosystem. This sometimes means complex requirements and figuring out how to make it simple for the user and in implementation. You will need a lot of problem-solving capabilities.


• Leading a team of highly enthusiastic developers into the battle zone. We are in it to win it and getting the team to follow a goal while not getting overwhelmed with the complexities is something which is absolutely required.


• Ensuring development of a highly scalable, fully extensible system.


• Uncovering the possibilities of artificial intelligence at every level and integrating the algorithms in every feature


• Leading the Tech culture and standards. Aligning the team about the best practices for coding, reviews, testing, and deployments. 

Providing options: Never say "that's impossible" or “we can never do that." Instead, you find options and can communicate them to everyone in the company.

You should have :

• 5+ years of experience in developing complex systems and service communications.


• Lead a team of developers through the battlezone


• Extensive experience in the following is a must-

1. Backend Languages - Ruby, Python, Java, Javascript


2. Databases ( MongoDB, Postgres etc )


3. Message queues - RabbitMQ, Kafka, google pubsub etc


4. Rest Framework & Graphql


5. Analytics gathering tools ( Newrelic, Grafana, Nagios, Segment etc)


6. Bachelors / Masters Degree in Computer Science

Good To have:

Knowledge of the following:

• Deployment frameworks ( Docker, Kubernetes, CI-CD )


• Big data frameworks ( Hadoop/HBase )
