Technical Architect - Image ProcessingExperience: 12+ to 18 yearsJob Location : Pune OR Bangalore (Hybrid)Key Responsibility :- Creating solution architecture that handles imaging system qualities of scalability, reliability, and performance for the envisioned service or technology.- Work closely with product owners, architects, engineers, and computer engineers to solve complex technical challenges and deliver high-quality products.- Ability to apply Imaging information technology in a healthcare setting.- Participate in work product reviews.- Identifies root causes of issues, determines potential solutions, and evaluates them against requirements.- Ability to be User-focused, build relationships and communicate effectively.- Ability to collaborate with multiple service providers.- Ability to demonstrate initiative, good judgment, and effective decision-making.- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Exhibits strong process improvement orientation and have the ability to achieve results through other programs and individuals.- Translating functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and design with hands-on approach by implementing proof of concepts and evaluations- Identifying and dissecting a problem or an opportunity, evaluating latest technologies and creating high level designs, orchestrating an execution/adoption plan for the team, evaluate implementation alternatives.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills.Basic Qualifications :- Over 12/15 years' experience in Research, design, development, and optimization of algorithms with at least 4/5 years being in medical imaging.- MUST have experience in CT/MR - 3D imaging visualization application development.- Experience in DiCOM- Must have knowledge of classifiers, segmentation techniques and Feature extraction from medical images.- Experience in Image Processing Algorithm optimization.- Specialized in advanced topics in image processing and analysis, computer graphics and visualization.- Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodology and best practices- Experience in developing lifecycle.- Experience with C/C++, Python or MATLAB- Experience in undertaking rapid prototyping leveraging tools like MATLAB, OpenCV, OpenGL, and other third-party open-source libraries.- Experience of working with remote teams and/or cross-functional teamsExperience & Education:- Master's or PhD in a technical discipline (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Imaging science, Science, Engineering)- Experience with imaging testing lab management and test setup and implementation.- Strong in hypothesis formulation and validation (ref:hirist.tech)
