Technical Associate Project Manager (APM)

Role Overview  

We are looking for a Technical Associate Project Manager who can take ownership of product execution and ensure that ideas translate into shipped features.

This is not a coordination role—you will be expected to think, solve, and drive outcomes.

You will work directly with the founders and engineering teams to manage sprint execution, unblock issues, and ensure timely delivery of high -quality product releases.

• Own and manage sprint boards (Springboard/Jira/ClickUp) and ensure smooth execution
  

• Break down requirements into actionable tasks and drive them to completion
  

• Perform initial problem solving before escalating issues
  

• Work closely with developers to unblock tasks and maintain delivery momentum
  

• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timelines are met
  

• Coordinate across teams to ensure clarity and alignment
  

• Participate in discussions involving product decisions and technical trade -offs
  

• Occasionally interact with clients for requirement clarity or issue resolution
  

Requirements

What We’re Looking For  

• 4–6 years of experience in project coordination / product execution roles
  

• Strong ownership mindset — someone who gets things done without constant follow -ups
  

• Good communication skills (clear, structured, and confident)
  

• Ability to understand systems, integrations, and data flows
  

• Moderate technical understanding (APIs, logs, workflows, debugging basics)
  

• Comfortable working closely with engineering teams
  

• Experience in integration -based products is a strong plus
  

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
