Job Title: Technical Business Analyst

Role Summary
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive requirements engineering and solution definition for enterprise-scale fintech platforms with AI/ML capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in financial systems, strong technical acumen, and experience working within regulated environments.

You will act as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, architecture teams, ensuring high-
quality, audit-compliant documentation and successful delivery of complex, distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end requirements lifecycle: elicitation, analysis, documentation, validation, and change management
• Produce enterprise-grade SRS aligned with architecture standards and governance frameworks
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to align requirements with target architecture and technology strategy
• Document API contracts, data models, and integration specifications across multiple systems
• Ensure traceability using RTM (Requirement Traceability Matrix) from business requirements to delivery and testing
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops across business, compliance, risk, and technology teams
• Support regulatory and audit requirements (RBI, PCI-DSS, GDPR where applicable)
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints in large-scale system implementations
• Drive UAT planning and validation, ensuring business acceptance criteria are met

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years as a Business Analyst / Technical BA in enterprise environments
• Strong domain expertise in fintech/banking systems (payments, lending, risk, compliance,fraud)
• Proven experience writing detailed SRS for complex, distributed systems
• Strong understanding of:
• API architecture (REST, JSON, microservices)
• Data modeling and database concepts (SQL)
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts including:

• Machine Learning
• Fraud Detection
• Model governance and explainability
• Experience with enterprise tools such as:
• Jira
• Confluence
• Postman
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and hybrid delivery models
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in large banks, NBFCs, or global fintech organizations
• Experience with data governance and data lineage concepts
• Certification such as PMI-PBA, CBAP or equivalent
