Job Summary: 

The incumbent will work within the Middle Office Platform Organization to drive product development across requirement gathering, technical solutioning, dependency resolution, and overall product lifecycle management. The role will serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the blockchain engineering team, with a focus on scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions for digital assets, tokenization, and decentralized finance (DeFi).

The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of business goals and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and communication skills, deep knowledge of financial markets and brokerage products, and experience working within Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
  
• Drive product development from ideation and requirement definition through implementation and lifecycle management.
  
• Act as the SME and primary point of contact between business stakeholders, product teams, and blockchain engineering teams.
  
• Analyze business processes and recommend scalable, secure, and regulatory-compliant solutions.
  
• Define end-to-end business processes, system workflows, and data flows using appropriate process-flow tools.
  
• Develop user stories with detailed acceptance criteria for development and testing teams using JIRA.
  
• Identify dependencies, risks, gaps, and project obstacles and proactively drive their resolution.
  
• Collaborate with technology partners to evaluate solutions and drive complex technical decisions.
  
• Support digital asset, tokenization, and DeFi initiatives, including DvP and tokenized securities workflows.
  
• Work effectively with global and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  
• Contribute to scaling technical infrastructure and product capabilities to meet global customer demands.
  
• Share knowledge and help develop technical and product capabilities across the organization.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in regulated financial services, fintech, or digital-asset environments.
  
• Knowledge of Delivery versus Payment (DvP) and tokenized securities workflows.
  
• Strong ability to work through ambiguity, limited information, and loosely defined problem statements.
  
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build support for ideas across business and technology teams.
  
• Proactive approach to identifying and removing project obstacles and delivery barriers.
  
• Ability to build trust, credibility, and strong working relationships while sharing knowledge.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact with senior leadership.
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, including flexibility across time zones.
  
• Strong mentoring mindset with an inclination to teach, develop talent, and build cloud and technology capabilities across the organization.
  

Required Skills:

• 8–10+ years of Technical Business Analysis experience, preferably within brokerage, capital markets, financial services, or a related domain.
  
• 10 years of experience in Technical Business Analysis and/or Product Management within Brokerage or a related financial-services domain.
  
• Deep understanding of brokerage functions including client onboarding, financials, trading, margin, lending, asset servicing, and portfolio value calculations.
  
• Strong understanding of business processes, strategies, operations, and financial-market products.
  
• 5–7 years of experience in product development and/or product management.
  
• Awareness of blockchain infrastructure, tokenization platforms, and digital asset services.
  
• Understanding blockchain protocols such as Ethereum, Polygon, Hyperledger, Canton, and their applicability to business/product requirements.
  
• Strong data analysis and data modelling skills, with familiarity with data analysis tools.
  
• Hands-on experience defining end-to-end process and data-flow diagrams using process-flow tools.
  
• Strong experience creating user stories and comprehensive acceptance criteria using JIRA.
  
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Agile ceremonies.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
  
• Experience influencing technology partners and driving complex decisions.
  
• Experience scaling technical infrastructure to support global customers.
  
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
