Technical Business Analyst (Pre-Sales + Post-Sales)

About the Role

We are looking for a smart, technically sound, and proactive Technical Business Analyst who can handle requirement gathering, client communication, project documentation, and project coordination throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

The candidate should be capable of working on both Pre-Sales BA and Post-Sales BA activities while also managing project coordination responsibilities with internal technical teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

Pre-Sales Business Analysis

• Understand client requirements through calls and discussions.


• Analyze business needs and convert them into functional requirements.


• Prepare BRD, SRS, feature lists, user stories, workflows, and project scope documents.


• Coordinate with technical teams for estimations and feasibility analysis.


• Assist in proposal discussions, solution planning, and project planning.


• Create wireframes, process flows, and requirement documentation.

Post-Sales Business Analysis

• Act as the bridge between clients and development teams.


• Manage requirement clarifications and change requests.


• Create and maintain project documentation throughout execution.


• Conduct client meetings, demos, and requirement walkthroughs.


• Support QA/UAT processes and deployment coordination.


• Ensure all requirements are properly implemented and delivered.

Project Management Responsibilities

• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders.


• Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables.


• Conduct daily follow-ups and sprint coordination.


• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.


• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively.


• Maintain MOMs, task trackers, and status reports.


• Handle client communication and provide regular project updates.

Technical Knowledge Required

• Good understanding of Web & Mobile Application Development.


• Knowledge of APIs, database basics, and system workflows.


• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC.


• Ability to understand technical discussions and coordinate with developers.


• Exposure to technologies like React, Node.js, Laravel, PHP, or MERN Stack is preferred.

Required Skills

• Ability to handle clients professionally.


• Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: Strictly 2–3 Years


• Previous experience in IT services/software company preferred.


• Self-driven, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
