About the Role:
We are looking for a tech-savvy Technical Content Specialist to join our global Product Knowledge team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our Help Center operations. You will start by taking ownership of writing and updating the documentation for our various products, continue with content migration and formatting projects, and proactively look for ways to streamline and automate our workflows.
If you are a problem-solver who isn't afraid to dive into HTML/CSS, love researching, using, and getting updated on AI automation processes to work smarter, and take pride in turning messy content into structured, helpful documentation, this is the role for you.
