Roles and responsibilities

• Working with Business owners throughout the organisation to produce high-quality documentation, internal communications to share new features, product enhancements or updates.

• Creating support documents that enhance the customer journey on all brands that is accurate, thorough, high quality, and easy to understand.

• Acting as a Point of contact with different business groups to scope documentation assignments, providing clear version track records and ensuring clear document filing.

• Working closely with Product Management and Product Development to gather content requirements and review/ approve documentation.

• Reviewing, editing and maintaining content to ensure accuracy, usability, and ease of consumption

• Documenting product functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices through research, cross-functional teamwork and hands-on product testing.

• Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) and identifying customers' needs and gaps in the content and recommending new topics.

Must have

• Outstanding skills in writing about complex technical and business subjects to a variety of audiences.

• Ability to interact with different business groups and scope documentation assignments.

• 1+ years of Technical writing experience.

• Clear and effective communication skills with impeccable grammar (written & verbal)

• Linguistic accuracy (Grammar, syntax, punctuation, spelling and word choice)

• Knowledge of Content management systems is preferred.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail required.

• The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
