Technical Content Writer

About the role

You'll write for a global audience of founders, CTOs and product owners evaluating software and mobile app development partners. This is technical, research-heavy writing — not generic blogging. Your work directly feeds our organic search and AI-search visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Write long-form blogs, service pages, case studies, whitepapers and landing-page copy on software development, mobile apps, AI/ML, cloud and emerging tech
• Research topics independently — competitor content, industry reports, developer documentation — and interview internal SMEs (developers, project managers) for first-hand insight
• Write to SEO and GEO briefs: search intent, keyword placement, internal linking, schema-friendly structure, and formatting that gets cited by AI search engines
• Demonstrate E-E-A-T in every piece: original data, expert quotes, specifics over filler
• Own drafts through editing, fact-checking and publishing in WordPress
• Repurpose content into LinkedIn posts, newsletters and guest articles
• Track content performance (GSC, GA4) and iterate on what underperforms

Required

• Minimum 3 years of writing experience in technology, IT services, SaaS or software development — agency or product-side
• Proven portfolio of published technology content (links required with application)
• Strong command of written English with a clean, jargon-free, US/UK-audience-appropriate style
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and content briefs
• Ability to explain technical concepts accurately without a technical degree
• Schooling from CBSE board
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing or a related field

Good to have

• Experience writing for offshore development or IT outsourcing companies
• Familiarity with AI tools for research and drafting, with strong human editing judgement
• Exposure to GEO / AI-search optimisation
• Basic understanding of app development lifecycles, tech stacks and cloud platforms
