Job Description - Technical Coordinator

Job Purpose:

Technical coordinator - O&M will be responsible for technical coordination, analysis and support to ground team of O&M for Enerparc India’s utility -scale projects. The role includes preparation of contracts, Scope of work (SOW), Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for O&M. The position demands strong analytical/coordination skills, electrical engineering fundamentals, and an understanding of the Solar PV operations.

Key responsibilities:

1. Technical analysis & support:

• Data Monitoring of all projects (OPEX & CAPEX)

• Preparing the Solar O&M cost matrix (Rs/MWp/Yr) for bigger utility scale projects

which includes manpower, tools, tackles, Equipment testing & calibration, admin and

other overheads etc

• Preparation of O&M contracts, SOW, SOP, SLA with vendors/OEM

2. Analytical

• Monthly DGR for all CAPEX projects which needs to be shared with regional team and

customers

• Maintaining Breakdown sheet and module cleaning sheet for Data Analytics

• Coordination with analytics team for KPI like PR, Plant availability and Generation

guarantee

3. Admin

• Monthly P&L of individual O&M account to be maintained and tracker shall be shared

to internal team.

• Vendor registration, maintain all records of Vendors, handling their queries, budget

allocation

• Customer and Vendor master database to be created, updated as and when required

• General administrative tasks for commissioning and in preparation for O&M take over

4. Process improvements

• Update Customer complaint registers daily by discussing with ground team and ensure

its closure as per the target date mentioned

• IMS adherence for entire Portfolio and input to ongoing development of the IMS

systems

• Creation of tracker for failures of Inverter, sensor, modules, any equipment etc and

updating of the same on regular basis

• Spares management and inventory tracking

5. Plant performance improvement

• Identification of new technologies (AI) for System improvement

• Identification of Low performance sites and improvement of the same by doing

detailed RCA

Requirements

Qualifications:

Education: B.E./B. Tech or M. Tech in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering or Renewable Energy.
Experience: 3 to 5 years in solar PV, preferably in IPP or EPC environments.
Technical Competencies:
i. Technical coordination/report writing
ii. Costing of solar O&M projects
iii. Experience of working in document repository/control & Data analytics
iv. Proficient in MS Office, Power BI
v. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
vi. Strong ability to multi -task to meet various deadlines
Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem -solving, and cross -functional collaboration skills.
Adaptability: Able to work effectively within an operations environment.
