Technical Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities include

• Develop and prepare comprehensive technical tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requirement.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and other relevant departments to ensure all technical aspects are covered.
• Work closely with the sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and tailor tender documents accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather necessary information and clarify requirements.
• Maintain organized records of all tender documents and related correspondence.
• Update and manage templates and standard documents to streamline the tender preparation process.
• Prepare offers, technical proposals, techno commercial proposals, newsletters & brochures.
• Conduct technical discussions.
• Make proposals, content writing for sales and business development.
• Understanding line of products offered by the company

Requirements

• B.E or B.Tech is Mandatory (Aeronautical degree will be an additional advantage).
• Knowledge of drones would be a plus.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in Hindi.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and tender websites like GeM Portals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in English, and Hindi Preferred.
• Excellent Presentation Skills .
• Ability to work well in a team.
