Your Impact

The Technical Enablement Specialist helps our customers, partners, and employees learn how to use DISCO's legal technology. They lead live, hands-on training sessions and make sure that everyone can understand and use our products effectively. This role is all about making complex technical and legal concepts easy to understand through clear communication and engaging instruction. They help people build and maintain their expertise with our products over time.

What You'll Do

• Training Delivery: Delivers external training to customer groups via face to face and virtual environments, on core product functionality.


• Course Design: Collaborates on the development of relevant courseware materials based on customer needs and gaps in training content. 


• Product Expertise: Acquires expertise in all DISCO offerings.


• LMS Management: Contribute to the strategic integration and optimal daily operation of the learning management software for all training content.

Who You Are

• 3+ years experience in eDiscovery, legal review, and legal technology


• Working knowledge of standard industry tools, such as: DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Axcelerate, iConnect, etc


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills  presenting to a wide range of audiences, such as: senior level attorneys, litigation support specialists, technologists, and executives


• Ability to confidently engage with stakeholders at all levels with a collaborative approach.

• 1+ years experience utilizing the DISCO suite of technologies preferred


• 1+ years experience delivering training in a professional learning environment preferred
