You’ll break new ground by:

·        PhD with 3+ years /Master’s degree with 5+ proven experience from a reputed institute/organization.

·        Hands-on experience with one or more of the following is a must:

• Timeseries data analytics, feature engineering, and ML model development for industrial use cases in Process industry and/or discreet industry.
• In depth experience in Generative AI technologies, LLMs, capability to train/tune local LLMs, prompt engineering in industrial AI use cases
• In depth experience in Agentic AI frameworks and ability to implement Agentic AI solutions
• Expertise in Python, C++, C# languages
• Solid hands-on experience in training deep neural networks, recurrent networks using frameworks like Tensorflow, PyTorch, Sci-kit learn, LangChain
• Hands-on experience dealing with multimodal data (audio, video, text, sensors, etc.,) and suggest use cases with the best technological option for prototyping and productization.
• Expertise in working with databases like Influx, Mongo DB
• Ability to support and bring in customer/partner interest for the research group in the form of realizable pilots/projects

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

·        Understanding of closed loop control in Industrial use cases

·        Know how of time series and vector embedding spaces

·        Optimization techniques and model compression for deployment on resource-constrained hardware/edge devices

·        Experience building AI powered solutions for embedded platforms & compute constraint environments is a plus

·        Knowledge of SaaS fundamentals is a plus

·        Knowhow of solution design, architecture, software packaging using Docker/Kubernetes & deployment on cloud platforms is a plus

·        Excited to collaborate with team members from idea generation, prototyping, present developed solutions and recommendations to business partners, and influence future technology roadmap and strategy of the portfolio.

·        Closely follow latest developments in artificial intelligence and be an early adopter of pioneering trends/technologies

Soft Skills:

·        Technology leadership to drive and support topics in the guide path

·        Capability to confidently address colleagues, end customers, over teams or in person meetings to demonstrate the work done effectively

·        Very energetic and willing to walk the extra mile for achieving targets and be an active AI enthusiast within and outside Siemens.
