Sr. Telecom Support EngineerEnsure the availability and integrity of the Concentrix Voice solutions: Avaya, Oracle SBCs.
Proven experience with at least one major CCaaS platform (Amazon Connect, CXOne… etc.)Skills in IVR scripting, API integrations, and platform administration
Good knowledge on Omnichannel & Digital eServices (Email, Chat, SMS).
Knowledge of WebRTC technology and experience working on WebRTC based platforms.
Good knowledge and understanding of SIP protocols.
Knowledge on recording platforms such as Verint and Nice.
Ability to handle both run (support) and build (deployment) activities. Comfortable working in international and cross-functional environments
