As a Technical Integration Specialist, you will enable goFLUENT to scale by connecting systems and ensuring data integrity between the goFLUENT platform and our clients’ systems.
Products: Language Assessment, Language Academy and Client Admin Center
Main duties and responsibilities:
Translate technical specifications into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
Develop and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including interface specifications, data mappings, error-handling flows, and deployment guides.
Collaborate with internal and external project managers and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, testing, and deployment of integration projects.
Monitor production integration health (logs, alerts, incidents), perform root-cause analysis of recurring integration failures.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in system or application integration.
Strong working knowledge of REST APIs and authentication methods such as SAML and OAuth.
Proficiency in English at C1 level or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience writing user stories, preparing test scenarios, and performing basic coding is a strong advantage.
Experience integrating with ATS, LMS, or LXP platforms.
